About L M Porter
L M Porter is a family owned business owned by Lochy and Debbie Porter. Formed in 1991 as a soft fruit farm. Since then, production has expanded and continues to do so, as new systems and plant varieties are implemented to ensure continuous production of high-quality fruit for 6 months of the year.
Our Farms
East Seaton and Rosemount Farms are owned and farmed by L M Porter.
As a producer of the finest quality fruit, L M Porter supplies major supermarkets in the UK.
East Seaton Farm is 400 acres in size and has 254 acres of soft fruit under cover on raised stands, with 900 acre Rosemount Farm having 150 acres of soft fruit under cover on raised stands. The remainder farm acreage produces cereals and potatoes.
East Seaton Farm is located on the edge of Arbroath and is a 15 minute walk from the centre of town, with access to all amenities. Arbroath is on the East Coast of Scotland and is in the country of Angus which is 17 miles (25km) east of Dundee. The farm is surrounded by Seaton Cliffs Nature Trail, beautiful red sandstone cliffs and the North Sea.
Rosemount Farm is located on the edge of Blairgowrie and is a 20 minute walk to the centre of the town, with access to all amenities. Blairgowrie is located inland and is one of the largest towns in the country of Perthshire. It is situated 18 miles from Perth and Dundee (29km) and is surrounded by the beautiful Scottish glens which cater to many outdoor activities throughout the year.
